
Moving-On, No Fault Severances
Our role is to meet with those concerned as soon as possible, and to mediate severance terms in a discreet, respectful manner so as to enable all concerned to move on with the minimum of upset and discomfort.
Negotiations are steered through by our designated facilitator. He does not replace the employee's solicitor or other advisers, but coordinates the process in an impartial, positive manner.
This is particularly helpful in instances where there has been no misconduct on the part of the employee concerned, and who now finds him/herself in a situation often brought about by redundancy, re-oreganisation or other changes.
