Training the HR Trainer

Working on a group or 1:1 basis, we mentor and train HR to be able to both enhance their negotiating and mediation skills, and to roll out suitable training to designated managers.

This will greatly improve the expertise and confidence of all concerned in -

  • grievance & disciplinary investigations
  • grievance, disciplinary & appeal hearings
  • negotiating skills
  • implementing changes to terms, conditions & benefits
  • internal mediation (including "hand-holding" with our mediator acting with HR as a co-mediator)

Mentoring and Training the HR Trainer can be given through face-to-face meetings, on-line, by phone, etc.

This scheme, and all its components (either together of seperately) are tailored entirely to the specific requirements of both HR, and the individual HR team member involved.
