Unlike face to face meetings –

• online grievance mediations can start almost immediately
• they are time-constrained (usually 14 days)
• nobody needs to travel to, or attend, any meetings
• all concerned can be accompanied by anyone of their choice anywhere in the world
• everyone has time and space to consider their replies
• our user-friendly rooms can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection

Our Mediators are accredited both for mediation and on-line mediation purposes.
